Hi I appear to have lost this:mad: and was wondering where i could pick up a new one - creative say if you buy a generic adapter it will mess up the player - is this correct? cheers

All manufacturers say that (Becuase they make lots of money on overpriced adaptors). It poses a potential.. but,tbh, if it's the same power output (Read the labels!) then there should not be an issue.
