I don't think it is, many times I've added stuff to my basket, for example something costing 29.99, when going through the checkout it has become 32.43 or thereabouts.

VAT @ 17.5% is included, the extra you see is the difference in the VAT between the UK and Ireland.

yup the prices include 17.5% vat, then when in your basket/checkout they bump it up to 21% vat for ireland.
