Flooring for attic

Hi I am currently building a new house with the attic coverted for use. Just wondering what flooring to put in an what it would cost. Also what soundproffing should I put in. About 600 square feet. Thanks Michael

I'd recommend OSB board,sheets of 8'x2' tongued and grooved,18mm thick should provide an adequate floor.
