Mortgage-Tax relief at source

I recently remortgaged and I used the new mortgage to pay off my previous mortgage and also a few loans that I had.

The new mortgage was for e100,000. I paid e50,000 from my previous mortgage and about e25,000 in various loans. The other e25,000 will be used to build a sun-room.

On the Tax relief at source form they ask for the % of money used for house purposes only. If I happen to put down 75% will I only receive 75% of relief? Or if I happen to lie and put down 100% is it possible that Revenue will check it out with my bank?

    Any help appreciated!
