    Hey guys. I hope im putting this in the right area so sorry in advance if it shouldnt be here. I've got a room to rent on Lansdowne Road. Heres the details:

    Bedroom 1: twin room ensuite €600 monthly

    As single €600, 2 sharing €300 each + same deposit. Room to let in spacious 3 story house. The room currently has 2 single beds. Room would suit 1 or 2 young professionals or 2 students (to share the 600 rent). Quiet house with lots of comfort. Room has ensuite shower and toilet. Broadband (2mb download and upload) also installed in house with wireless router and/or direct cable link. House has all mod cons, spacious kitchen. Very comfortable sitting room. 3 Toilets. 2 Shower units. 1 Bath unit. Currently occupied by 3 students and 3 working in early 20's. Would suit similar people. Beside Dart Station and very close to main bus route. 15 min walk to City Centre. Room is €300 per person for 2 sharing or €600 as single room + deposit. Private grounds with lots of safe and secure parking and coded electric gateway.
