Anybody familiar with H-Sphere

I am not very familiar with H-Sphere, maybe someone could answer this. In the web-shell of the control panel of H-Sphere (Linux) I see you can change permissions, i.e. CHMOD, however, are you allowed to change file ownership as well. E.g CHOWN. If so, how? Cheers

SHort answer is no, you'll need SSH access for that.
