Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't care what anybody says, he was probably the best Greco Roman/Freestyle wrestler in history at one point.

Kurt said himself that he wasn't the best! But he had the best conditioning. You can tell from that match. Still extremely near the best though

Kurt was being modest? We're taking about a guy who used to think of himself ast he most dangerous man on the planet! At the time he was the best.

Kurt isn't the greatest wrestler of all time, but he's damn sure good. He's got nothing on Dan Gable or Alexander Karelin though. But still, fair duce to him - Barely anyone makes it to the top in wrestling. there are so many guys that were in Kurt's weight division that all of easil;y could of held the gold medal too but he was on form that year.

Even with a broken frickin neck!

I think I remember Kurt saying that the guy he was most wary about facing was knocked out pretty early in the Olympics

His neck wasn't actually broken at the time. The Olympic committee doesn't allow athletes perform if they are seriously injured however his neck was in bad shape. The WWE just made him say it was broken though.

It was broken for the trials though, he'd healed enough by the time of the Olympics to be allowed compete
