Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone know how to convert VOB files to AVI's or Mpeg (using free software preferably)? Or is this something that can be done but isn't fully legal?

If you just want to have an .mpg file you may not necessarily need to do any conversion, you could rename the .vob file to have an .mpg file name extension- might work for you ? Then you can just import the .mpg file into any editing package & work away etc...

or u could make an iso out of the Dvd then use isobuster

right click "extract frames but only using Mp2 Frames"that will leave you wit a kdfdkjdkf.dat file ...rename to mpg and there u go

    no 3 hour long waiting
however the mpg is the same size as the vob where as auto gardion knot shrinks the file
