Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

FWA Academy invades 3CW

Allright, read this bulk of text I borowed from another forum if you like, but here's the jist of it:

The FWA's (arguably Europes number one promotion) training school and feeder promtion, the FWa Academy "invaded" 3CW's last show. It has caused quite a buzz in England, and hopefully will lead to bigger things for 3CW. If so, maybe CPW can share in its success.

Dan Head vs. Ollie Burns was advertised as an exhibition match, and that's exactly what it was really. Both men playing babyfaces, this was presented as an athletic contest where 3CW fans were introduced to two of the FWA Academy's finest. With the face vs. face dynamic, and the two being unknowns in this part of the world, this match found it hard to grab the audience's attention, and was greeted mainly with silence and polite applause for the big spots. This is neither meant as a criticism nor a compliment, but my observation was that it was indeed a very "FWA" style match in almost every way. The match itself was good, with slow-burn matwork to feel each other out, building to more and more complex moves as it wore on. Head won to keep the WWF, sorry, FWA:A title belt.

Post match, Ice XVII (accompanied half-way by El Ligero, for some reason) came out and declared the FWA as dead and called out Mark Sloan, prompting a whole contingent of FWA Academy guys (Sloan, Justin Richards, Tyrone Johnson and a whole load of generic trainee guys) to storm the ring and confront the 3CW roster, most of whom had now arrived on the stage, in a huge 3CW vs. FWA staredown then brawl.

Interval, and a time to buy raffle however before the interval started, 3CW promoter Mike appeared on the stage and announced to the audience that they were truly sorry for the earlier "jumping the barrier" FWA:A vs. 3CW incident, and that it was only a part of the show. He also stated that he would be readily available to chat to parents etc about any concerns they might have.
