    Ours went on the blink this morning, has this happened to anyone else. If so, is it expensive to get it fixed?

    The builders should fix if free of charge.....................depending on how long you've been in your house.

    We've had to have the plumber out 3 times in a month and i'm not being charged.

    We signed at the begining of december
