I had a first and a second A1 provisional licences that have expired a couple of yours ago. Now I want to get my first A licence. I also hold a full B licence.

1. Do I need to do the Theory Test?

2. Will there be a Kw restriction on my licence.

Oh I'm 24 and my First A1 was before 2001

Yes you will need to do a theory test. Yes there will be a power restriction on your licence.
