Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I once saw an add on Eurosport for a 3-way game, actually I saw a million ads for it but forgot to watch it . I wonder how that would work...

what? are you serious? are you sure it wasn't just some dumbass clown in marketting who fu*ked up big time? mmmm, 23 players on a pitch with 3 goals....weird and stupid.

Serious. The ad was something like "1 pitch, 2 goals, 3 teams, see how it's done". And like every tv ad that I find interesting, I forgot about it.

It was a few years ago now, so it obviously didn't take off. But I'd still like to know how they did it.

On topic - I'm assuming the TV stations will handpick the juicy games (such as in the OP) and schedule them so we can watch as many as possible - hopefully :)

Hey, happened at the Quarter-Final Stage last season!

Pretty happy wit the Palace draw as well. We shouldn't have a problem dispatching Preston.

    Roll on the 5th Round!:D

i am talking about our league performances. been brutal last 2 visits

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,391 ✭✭✭arbeitsscheuer

Oh god, I'm not disputing that.

But this is the FA Cup. What is it now, only 2 defeats in 32 in that competition? And those 2 were to Liverpool in 2001 and Man Yoo in 2004.

    Now, that's pretty damn impressive.

Well there goes Arsenal's defence of the Cup so.

A little disappointed with today's draw in a way . I know we still have to go to Tamworth and get a result after saturdays embarrassing draw at the Britannia Stadium but a tie against Barnsley or Walsall hardly gets the excitement going . Looking at it in a different angle its a good way for either of the four teams to progress to the fifth round
