Why is Sky News on Sky1?

They are showing Sky News Ireland on Sky1 now. No idea why. Probably trying to get people to actually watch it.

just noticed this too... digiguide says malcolm is supposed to be on.. but sky news is on both channels.
i wonder if maybe it's just a mistake, someone pressed the wriong button. lol.

Anyone with sky digital can tune Sky One UK in manually to watch whatever is replaced on the irish version. Sky News UK can also be tuned in to avoid Sky News Ireland altogether or better still BBC News 24 can be tuned in to avoid Sky News completely.
