    Hi everyone,

I've just bought myself a new car. I've paid a certain amount of the total
in cash and now I'm going to paid the rest with a car loan for 10,000.

I've had a quick look at all the major banks and BOI seem to offer the
    best rates.

Any tips on other places I might look?

    Thanks,

    CJ

Do you use the Credit Union?
They are pretty flexible but you have to be saving with them for a while.

    Hi Kippy,

Unfortunately I don't use the Credit Union so this option is not available to me.

Tip: Open a graduate account with the BOI and apply for a personal loan for €10000 at a rate of 6.5%. Thats what i done and its alot cheaper that the 9.1% currently on offer.

Check out Royal Bank of Scotland (Ireland) they are providing keen rates at the moment.
