New housing Estate broadband ready??

    I will be moving into a brand new housing estate in crossakiel (just outside kells) just wondering if anybody knows if it will be a new exchange or will i be running of the kells exchange?? if so, is it broadband ready??
    If not, other than digiweb, what are my other options

    I am moving into a house in Cairns, Crosskiel. Can anyone let me know if there is Cable TV in the area and what Broadband service providers there are?
