    Made my day man.

I ain’t been dumped yet, so I can’t really say what the worst that was done to me.

Suppose the worst I've ever done to a girl would have been about 3 years ago was kind of seeing this bird who was about 25 and I was just 18 at the time so she asked me did I want to get into a relationship and I said yes, but over the course of that month I was a bit of a **** only calling up to the house when I... you know "wanted the ride" :D think she was really into me cause one of the girls in college told me she was always going on about me and was going to ask me did I wanna move in, so when I heard that needless to say I just ignored her completely for the next 6 months or so :(

Bit harsh but she’s found a nice bloke now and we still remain good friends, times change when you grow up :D

Ye im thinking your up there with the not so nice  :p

I was going out with this fella for well about 4 years. His birthday is on Christmas Day I realised that I didn't care that much anymore to spend money on him so I dumped him Christmas Day by text message turned my phone off and didn't speak to him again.

Bit nasty but sure there you go, so was he.

Jaysus - and I thought mine was bad!!

Dumped by text after similar time together!
    Totally out of blue
Reacted v badly - went off the rails for a month
said and did stupid things (some unfair, some you'd consider stalkerish!)
got over it - both said sorrry, tried to be friends, left it for a few weeks, sent a hi text one day
told to fúck off and get over it
    Thats it!! Dont speak now

Had no real bad break ups but have been present for one or two dodgy ones.

Was in America on a J1 and was up in a mates house in Boston for a weekend. His flat mate was going out with some lad. She was madly “in love” with this lad. He came around while ever one was on the porch bringing and broke up with her in front of 6 drunken engineers. The two of them made the biggest scene ever. We thought it was brilliant!

Another time was out for diner with a friend and his girl friend. He had told me previously that the gf was wrecking his head. During dinner he got real pissed off with her and dumped her there and then. She stared crying real loud. It didn’t phase my mate he finished his dinner (and hers) paid the bill and left.

Anyway, no stories from me but I know people who've dumped their partners on the partners' birthday,Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve.
    How ****ty is that?
Yeah, it's ****ty, though I can see how someone can find themselves on such a date and suddenly realise that it's over and they should have ended it some time ago.

The break-up with my ex-wife was pretty bad, but not in an anecdote-laden way, just that after 9 years and 4 kids it can't really be good.

The only time I ever dumped someone as such he phoned me asking if I wanted to see a film with him and I just replied that I didn't, and indeed I didn't want to go on any other dates with him.
