Creating Menu's for my DVD's??

I want to put a few tv shows that i have on my computer onto dvd, but firstly i want to be able to make a menu at the start so you can select what you want to watch. Are there any freeware and easy programs that will let me do this? i just want something simple like. thanks

Anyhow, apparently this program will do what you want: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=59028

But I would be guessing that will only work with VOB files, which are obviously very large. Are you looking for something to work with AVI's or DIVX's?
