Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was watching the deleted flashbacks on the 7th disc of the lost boxset and the pilot was talking to claire before the flight about how is mother divorced his father Bernard but then bernard sold his company for 39million.
I know this isin the most important piece of information but it could mean something in future episodes.

For the love of God man... read the stickies at the top...

You're being warned that any more spoiling will earn you a 2 week ban...

Have a bit of sense when writing the thread titles...

I thought of this when I saw that deleted scene as well. The only thing that makes me doubt it being the same Bernard is the fact that Bernard and Rose don't strike me as the $39m type. But, equally, the Lost writers tend not to make so obvious a slip as letter a name like that be used twice, so it may well be the same Bernard.

Considering Locke's father's wealth, Hurley's win and this 'Bernard' having a company worth $39m, Sun's father... not to mention Alvar Hanso, that's a lot of people who are quite rich with connections to the island.
