any problems with NTL BB in dublin 8

Hi, My broadband has been down since just after midday yesterday.Normally when this happens it comes back after a few hours.No matter how many times i power cycle the laptop and the cable modem the ready light wont stay constant indicating a problem. I was reluctant to ring the helpdesk anyways i didnt have their number.…

Hi,

Anyone else have problems.Also im moving tio the states in march so is it possible to cancel the BB service without paying a cancelation fee or something.I got BB in the summer of 2005. Other than that NTL bb have been great.This issue has only happened 4 times in the last 6 months.
