    Well in the grand scheme of things not being able to wear earphones for the healing time of a piercing isn't that big a deal - a few months to a year, while it may seem like a long time now, actually isn't all that long. I got my left daith and right anti-tragus pierced the same day so I wouldn't have to not wear earphones for two separate healing times (I put off getting both the piercings for aaaaaaages cos I didn't want to be without my ipod), and at the time it seemed like it would be forever but looking back, a few months with no earphones isn't very long, so I would say if you really do want the piercing, go for it!

    Just my two cents.

    Depends on the placement, wouldn't recommend going near your ears for a good month or two after a conch piercing or punch
