You'd probably have to send it to Apple and it probably wont be covered under the warranty. Go to their support site and register and they may give you a quote online

my iPod photo stopped working (screen was ok) but I registered and they had a box shipped out and had a new one on its way within the week. Don't know if screen crack is covered int he warrranty but you can check it ou ont he support section on the apple site.
