Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Its kinda obvious. Making Benoit lose 4-0 would n't do him any favours (you'd be burying him) or would n't be very exciting or add drama to the whole thing.
    Its just a pitty Booker got injured. While I dont love Booker in the ring, them 2 have chemistry.


    Your post makes no sense now after you edited it. Keep the bit in about how making Benoit come back 3-0 to 3-3 was in your opinion stupid. It outraged me greatly!

    Did seem a bit pointless alright. Even in the matches before booker got injured i cant say i saw anything that kept me wanting more. Now im not dissin these two guys cause they are two of the best going but it just didnt hold my attention.

    Give me Benoit and Booker over Jillian Hall's mole, Snitsky's foot fetsih, Tim White's suicidal attempts, and Raw is porn any day of the week. They put on good matches everytime that told a different story. There's not much more you can do than that. 2 guys that are in their 40's putting on at the very mimimum 3 star matches every time. You can't please everyone I guess.
    Like I said before Benoit and bad matches are such a rarity. He's so consistent.

    As i said im not dissin the two of em and would watch either of them in any match as opposed to all the other "angles" you mentioned. Just when watching the third match it was like watching the first two but with the moves rearranged.

    It could have been better if maybe, one match was a submission only match, next match a hardcore. Or even a stipulation that the winner of whatever match they were in gets to pick the stipulation of the following match.

    I just thought even at the beginning that as talented as these two guys are its gonna be hard to keep a fresh spin on things for 7 matches. (i know booker only lasted 4 matches but you know what i mean.)

    I disagree on the point that the matches looked the same. But I take your point, 7 matches is probably 2 too many. A best of 5 would have accomplished the same thing.

    They needed something to keep them occupied for a few weeks is my guess. Now Booker can build on another feud and hopefully Benoit will be back in the world title hunt with the rumble coming up.
