A new PSU

Im buying a new PSU to go with my graphics card and im a little apprehensive about it. Its a win-power 400 watt and ive never heard of the model before. I have a 3.0ghz intel cpu, 1 gig ram, 2x160 hard drives and a 6800gt Will this PSU be alright with them?

If you've never heard of the make, chances are it's not good quality. How much did you pay, and where did you buy?
