BroadBand download rates - screen shots. WHO IS THE BEST?

Here an idea lets find the best download rate from all the isp's out there.

DOWNLOAD A BIG FILE(20Mb) OFF A FTP SITE AND TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE DOWNLOAD SPEED AND A PING TEST TO GOOGLE . THEN POST THEN HERE.

It's sunday afternoon and most of the business users are not working so the speeds should only have res customers on. This should be a good way to find the best.

No p2p programe screen shots just straight downloads.

And turn off every thing in the msconfig startup.

This will put everybody on the same level.

Post the isp, connection , contention rate where you are connected.

    lol k fine

    but

    1. all people should download from the same place, let's say here, and wait like 30 secs or so, until your speed stabilizes.
    http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V3.8.2-2005-05-05-DE.iso

    2. I think pinging jolt.co.uk and boards.ie makes more sense than to ping google google.

    3. Use imageshack hosting, so pictures can be displayed with img tags.

    anyone disagree?
