Net1 Settings changes?

    A friend of mine in Louth has Net 1 BB and has got something from them to say certain changes have to be made to settings because of their change over to Cable & Wireless. Unfortunately he has not got a clue about this sort of stuff and has been asking me for advice over the phone. And as per usual he could not get through on the phone to them!!

    Would anyone be able to tell me what settings are to be changed?

    Just to update this - Net1 got in contact with the person concerned today and updated the settings and they are now back on line.
