Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

try turning hardware acceleration off completely

    display properties
    settings tab
    advanced button
    troubleshoot tab

put the slider all the way to the left, and try the print screen again.

^^ Doesn't always work, but usually does.

If it doesn't, download and use VLC ..

Try opening it in Moviemaker and use the snapshot button.

download tmpgenc & virtualdub (both free)

Cut out the part of the movie that you want the picture(s) from.

Open the movir with tmpgenc. This will allow you to export the movie file as a series of Jpgs
