    Hiya- www.learnmusic.info has some info on music lessons in particular areas. Was looking for a Irish trad flute teacher myself- found one in the Bray area, just have to call her now and see what she charges.

    don't know much about Dublin but there is a flute tutorial on CD ROM you can buy at madfortrad.com and it's available from music shops too.
