    dont use firefox - will only work in Internet Explorer

    thats what the geeks say - consumers say different - they say - oh look shiny browser comes with my new pc - I dont care about firefox, etc (insert latest arguement)

    Its really more down to the fact that they either dont know about an alternative to iE or just dont see any point in downloading a browser when they already have one.
