Advice needed

Hi Guys

I purchased an item from what seemed to be a good ebay seller over a month ago. Over the last week the seller has received nothing but negative feedback from people saying they never received their items. About two weeks ago I lodged a dispute with paypal as the member never returned my emails and I began to worry.

The status of the case is currently being decided after the seller never responded to paypal with any information.

What I'm really asking is if this member had cleared their account before any dispute was lodged will I get no refund even if paypal decide in my favour.

you will get your refund. Paypal will chase up the seller if he cleared his account before hand.


If the seller did not respond to paypal, you will win your case automatically and be rewarded the money you paid for the item.

It may be advisable to post up the name of the seller here to help other boardsie visitors in future
