To all SSIA Holders whose policy is maturing soon, you should receive a letter or form from the Government, please sign this and return, as failure to do so will lead to the Government withdrawing the 25% Government Contributions from your account. You have been warned......

3 month before maturity, first batches to be sent back to your bank end Feb or so.
