I knew my system wasn't exactly the latest model, but that is ... really bad.

    Sempron 2800+
    1.5 Gbyte RAM
    GeForce FX 5700

    Cheese! :-)

    4,276

    Pentium 3.4 (stock)
    Geforce 7800 GTX
    1 gig ram

I have another gig of ram sitting here waiting to be thrown in, not sure how much of a difference that will make.

I'd say it came with his house.

damn you spike I was just about to say that :D . Its a program called Samurize, it takes a bit of getting used to. Its more of a design program, you download the plugins (like the weather one) from the site, then design the gui and put the functions in to display whatever data you want.

Just went SLi and ran this again - 6575 I got. The machine needs a format though so I should get higher when I reinstall windows and run it clean.

Vast improvement on the ~4k I got with the single GT.

i ran it on my laptop about 2 months ago, the specs are intel coreduo t2300 2x1.66 2mb cache 65nm process. 2gb hyundai ddr2 4300 ( i know ) 100gb sata 7200gb hdd, nvidia 7400 256mb. first time i ran it i got 900ish marks with the drivers that came with the laptop. then a few weeks ago the viao update told me there was newer drivers, installed them and a new bios, and managed 1300ish apparently there was a problem with sm3 support in the driver. not bad for 10 mins work eh. and yeah ive tried everything to overclock this laptop, nothing works for cpu or gfx. if anyone knows how gimme a pm :)

i dont care if i blow it as its under warrenty, and overclocking isnt a problem with it :)

Ah the eternal overclocker inquitus........I prefer not to overclock my new system just yet and as such will be happy with the highest stock score for the moment. Maybe will invest in some watercooling as some point and crack up the processor and GPU....however next upgrade for me will be a physix card once they come out in PCI-e flavour

Have done, that score was at 2525'ish @230HTT using Chucks Cat 6.5's. Re-benched it all after installing Cat 6.6, but this time with CF oc'd to 660/740, climbed all the way to 9076!? Anyways, put the CF back to stock & scored 7986.... so reckon I have an issue with Cat 6.6, will check it out next weekend.

That's insane. you're probably talking phase-change cooling and dual 7900GTXs there. Expensive 15877 points.

Don't think I could justify the cost of getting to 15k...... and i can usually justify most costs!!
