How about the iRiver T20? Where I work, we currently have it in stock in two flavours - the 512MB (Red) at €129.99 and the 1GB FM model (Gold) with recordable FM radio at €179.99. Both have a built in microphone and line-in recorder. They work as pen drives, can store data files, and work off a lithium-ion battery which charges via a pop-up USB connector.

Most, if not all Mp3 players are storage devices as well, so basically any mp3 player will do what you want as long as its recargeable. So tehres the Iriver(above) Sony's flash players, ipod and most other brands.

The Creative Muvo should be cheap enough these days. Up to 1GB with USB 2.0, FM radio, voice recording etc.
