MediaPortal XMLTV NTL help

    So, I've got media portal going with my tv card.
    The only thing is i'm not having much luck with the EPG.
    Could someone be kind enough to give me a quick step by step guide?

    NTL analogue by the way.

    Not sure how I got xmltv working as I played around with it with other PVR apps. With Mediaportal I just pointed it to the folder with the xmltv set up in it- in my case c:\xmtlv. This is done in the set up screen under program guide under television. Then in the scheduler tab put in the name of the config file. Im my case tv_grab_uk_rt. I have attached my version of the config file. I have ntl analogue. The config file goes into the c:\xmltv folder and possibly the c:\xmltv\.xmltv folder. Then just run the grabber! You can download xmltv from sourceforge just Google for the link.


    replace the .txt with .conf
