Coming from town, Take a left at Doyles pub and you'll see St Peter's church straight ahead. The road forks either side of the church. Keep to the right of the church and you're on the New cabra Road. I presume the welfare office is near the shops which will be on your right hand side a few hundred yards up the road from the church.
