Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wireless Broadband with a MAC

    Hi,

I have a pc and a Mac and NTL broadband and currently just plug an Ethernet cable directly from the cable modem into the NICs on each whenever internet access is needed . I was going to get this package from komplett http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=314994&cks=PRL to setup wireless on the PC. I was just wondering if anyone knows how you would then setup a wireless connection between the Mac and the linksys wireless router and if so what kind of wireless card the Mac would need. Any help greatly appreciated as not very familiar with Macs as I don't use one myself. Thanks

    What MAC/version of the OS?

Presuming that your Mac is running one of the newer Mac OS's (OSX) I would suggest adding an airport extreme card. Not the cheapest option but definetly the best as it will be fully compliant with your system.
The Linksys box uses 802.11G which is the same as the Airport extreme kit...
