Smart Telecom in Harolds Cross

I would like to get smart telecom so i contacted them directly. they checked my line and informed me that i am on the rathmines exchange which is in the process of getting upgraded. they could not give me a date when this will be completed therefore i cannot get their broadband service. i was just wondering if anyone out…
