Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have an Eircom broadband Netopia DSL modem. I just bought a Canyon Wireless router. I hooked it up correctly Phone line-modem-router-PC. I followed the instructions and configured it properly.

So, the internet on my PC is running fine. My laptop picks up the signal of the router and connects reading an 'excellent connection' only it doesnt work. The internet wont work on any browser and I cant ping an IP address.

I've e-mailed the Canyon group but they havnt responded of course.
    Any ideas?

Last weekend I had a similar problem with my Netopia and a brand new Linksys router connecting to the net, although everything else was working perfectly. I managed to get a brand new Canyon on Tuesday and having spent 3 days trying to get the Linksys working without success, the Canyon was up and running in 3 minutes. So keep trying.

So, what did you do to get it working?

I didn't have to do anything with the Canyon. It just worked on first installation. The Linksys didn't work. My solution was to get a new router, the Canyon one. If you are having trouble, bring it back or get on to them and get some detailed technical support.
