Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I have a linksys WRT54g-EU wifi router which I use with my IBB breeze. The firmware version is currently v.1.00.1

Is there any advantage to upgrading the firmware?? I had a look at the linksys site and they are upto v.4.20.7 released on 25-8-2005. I bought the router in Nov last year from komplett with 1.00.1 installed.

    Thanks.

    Hey,
They probaly found a bug(s) with v.1.00.1 so thats why there is new versions available. I dont think it would be anything too serious as they usually inform the public if there was a serious threat by not updating the firmware.

yea update ur firmware. Most firmware updates result in more security, better range and less likely to crash.

Just make sure you select the right version. For the WRT54G there are v1, v2, v3 and v4. Look on the bottom of your router to get the full model number.
