Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Arja Kajermo - whose cartoons were a feature in the Sunday Press and the Tribune and In Dublin at various times - has just brought out a fabulously funny book of her cartoons for Dagens Nyheter (www.dn.se) - in the Sunday edition is where they appear, by the way.

The book is called En pillig sol i Särholmen, and is published by Nisses böcker, under the ISBN 91-975651-1-3.

The cartoons are the adventures of Tuula and her Finnish family in Sweden - very interesting for anyone looking at immigration and the life of an immigrant within the new culture. Very funny, too.
