How to administrate eircom BB shared internet access?

I'm sharing a house. I'm getting my wireless router from the post office today which was posted out by eircom. I want to allow individual accounts to access the internet but I need way of monitoring and limiting traffic usage per user. Is there a way I can do this with the router. I don't even know what brand it is yet.

I'd be fairly certain that you wont be able to do anything like that with the Netopia router that Eircon will be sending you.

not with there firmware anyway
