Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for a reasonable PDA that has GPS reciever and mapping software, have had a look around and seen a couple that are good.

Got into a taxi and driver had the Aldi one and it was excellent.

Does anyone else know of good systems.

Just looking for good navigation aid for car with voice instructions.

    Not too expensive if possible.

    Thanks

I don't think you'll get any cheaper than the one from Aldi! I know Navman also have one:

but since typically the GPS bluetooth receivers themselves are around $140, you're unlikely to get a combo unit very cheaply.

I tried the Aldi Median Pocket PC and did not like it. I have now got one of the Aldi Medion MD95900 which is excellent and streets ahead of the Pocket PC for useability.

Aldi in Parnell Street Dublin still have a couple left, €349
