i think a sticky should be put up in satellite to inform people that there is a private forum for euro sat and to PM hager, i must admit i havnt got my finger out and posted a bit, but i havnt got around to ordering my receiver and dish i wanted for some channel browsing.

A sticky might be a good idea alright but it's not for me to suggest what should or shouldn't be in another forum.

Personally I'm in the process of selling and moving to a bigger apartment so my satellite activities are a bit curtailed at the moment. I'm not an expert anyway but I am enthusiastic. I do post from time to time on the other Sat forums but there are some really knowledgeable guys over there so I mostly just listen and learn.

I'm sure the traffic on the forum is being monitored by some mod and eventually the plug might be pulled. I am disappointed in the lack of support but that's boards for you.

to name a few, i think alot of people need to know about this place, if its hidden its not handy.
You could ask cloud to have the forum visable on the javascript menu but private, simular to the sex forum, or visable but password protected.

What about a small EuroSat icon with a link ot the board in question. This icon would be in peoples signatures, similar to other private forums.

But, interest in this type of thing is a rather niche market, and once queries are answered, you may not see anohter query until something breaks down or channel disappears.

And the "other stuff" cannot be discussed here anyway.

I just got back from Italy this afternoon.
You wouldn't believe the variety of stations you can get there with a set top aerial never mind a sat dish.
