i keep getting everything wrong i cant seem to find out why im writing the wrong things all the time and getting banned or been given out to i obviously dont know the regulations properly so can you direct me to them?

every forum has a Charter (rules) stickyed at the top - have you been reading those before posting?

I notice you've been posting a lot in the For Sale Forums, the rules in that forum are very strict and you must stick to them or get banned
