Punch Bags

I am looking to get a punchbag in the near future,unfortunately I cant get any kind of bracket punch bag so I am looking at some kind of freestanding bag.Can you guys check out the links and reply with any thoughts or advise.
These arent two specific models I am looking at,I am just wondering which type I should be looking at.

We have the "Free Standing Punch Bag - Tube Shape" in our gym and I personally think they are great and very durable. And you can actually go to there store in Blanchardstown and actually see the products on show rather than purchasing before you see.
