Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I downloaded a free codec pack thinking clickedy click there's that done but a month later I'm told that the trial period has expired, is there any alternative free codec available or am I up the creek?

    Free codec here: http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm

You should never have to pay for a codec!

Anyway, those files should play in Quicktime no prob.

M4A's are mpeg4 audio files and can be easily played under WinAmp.

The k-lite codec didn't work for me but I downloaded the ace mega codec pack from the same site and it worked well, thanks:)

If you want to forgo that mega pack all you need is CoreAAC & Haali Media Splitter installed after that Windows Media Player will play them so will any other directshow enabled player.
