psp memory wont work on my SE K750i

i have a PSP and a SE K750I mobile phone. both take those duo memory cards. thing is, my 1gb memory card, for my psp, doesn't work in my phone. it doesn't even work when i put it in a sony memory card adaptor, this lad, http://i2.ebayimg.com/02/i/04/f8/c4/4a_1_b.JPG anyway, does anyone know the deal here?

i have a sandisk pro duo and it works fine in my k750i, not much help, but there you go..

Umm....have you formatted it after taking it out of the PSP? Does it still wrok in the PSP?
The PSP will create a file structure on the MS duo when you initially format it...the phone's firmware may not recognise it.
If it's not working in the PSP either, then the card may be fuxx0red
