****ing Leader, that gormless fool Duggan was just flying a kite to get on the radio. There's a residents meeting tomorrow to try and arrange a deal, course, Duggan has no problem using national radio to more pressure on them. Somebody burn down the leader (again).

dont flame but i think they should relocate it to the suburbs because its to small of a area and the traffic when a match is on is brutal ive had to walk from so far away to get to matches
same goes for lansdown road the should be building a new stadium instead of updating it
its not like they dont have the money

Same fool Duggan wrote a piece on how Chabal, the big sale No. 8, had "allegedly" gotten involved in a fight in a city nightclub.

Last weekend was an advert for good things in Limerick, and this idiot fills needless column inches with this kind of waffle.

Did anyone here Duggan trying to defend the story he actually made up about the traffic wardens? He claimed they were being given personal cctv to keep them safe after loads of attacks. Scully completely rubbished his claims, even had the figures to back up his arguments, Duggan had nothing to prove his claims.
    (personal cctv, the mind boggles!!)

I can see your point, but one of the great things about Thomond is that you can walk into several good pubs within 10 or so minutes and start discussing the game, frequently watching the game being repeated. You can strike up conversations with whoever's around, discuss who O'Sullivan should pick or who Kidney should have subbed etc. It's a real communal thing, driving to and from a stadium in he suburbs wouldn't have that vibe. Watching sport isn't all about easy parking and ease of access

Ref Lansdowne: The current stadium is being levelled, and a new one built in it's place. This is rebuilding in my view :)
