here is what used to my typical main meal when i was a student:

a white bread sandwich, normal or toasted depending on the mood.
Tuna with mayo, cheese, green hunky dory's, and maybe a small bit more mayo if we were having a particulary "wealthy week"(<--didnt happen much)
