I just got Eircom Broadband. I signed up for the €30 a month package. This allows me 1meg downloads. What is all this talk about eircom charging people for them upgrading the line. All the talk is people who misread the details of an offer (first x months at a reduced rate, and normal rate applies thereafter). You won't be charged more, as the 29.99 is the normal monthly rate (which just happens to be the same as a previous offer price).
