    What tax, income tax?

Be too poor to pay it.

Be non-resident and non-ordinarily resident and not pay tax on non-irish income.

Get paid as a sole trader and have expenses that equal income tax liability

Work as a forgein diplomat, for the EU or any international organisation and have salary exempted from income tax.

Be non-domiciled in ireland, enter into your contract for work outside ireland, and you only pay tax on the money remitted to ireland.

Win the lottery and not be liable under the source doctrine.

    the list goes on........
